It's a decent supplement, and likely a good way of topping up my vitamins D and K. The dosage of each vitamin seems quite reasonable to me. Nutracene (www.nutracene.co.uk) appears to be a reputable manufacturer.The capsules are medium size and easy to swallow, but do contain a moderate amount of filler.I'm just a little concerned that at over £20, you're only getting 30 capsules, so it works out fairly pricey. The plastic tub supplied is mostly empty on arrival. This might be due to Nutracene using top quality vitamins, but it's hard for me to say.
