Good blend

This is an excellent combo of supplements, some of which I already take. I am always on the lookout to cut down costs so blends that allow me to buy fewer separate items does seem to work out well because blends like these are often pricey. Including Turmeric is a particularly help addition. These are standard capsules so if you take supplements you will be used to swallowing ones of this size. As for the efficacy I think supplement benefits are subjective and hard to quantify but I take them anyway.

These are my favourite collagen supplements by a very long way. I wouldn't use collagen on its own and I wouldn't want to use bovine collagen.This supplement contains a range of minerals/vitamins as well as marine collagen.I much prefer marine collagen - the thought of it and the production possesses behind it.The smell and very subtle taste of the turmeric is a big winner for me. I love the smell and taste of turmeric. It's not to everybody's taste and so it's important to state that the smell is very subtle. The capsules are also a yellow turmeric colour which I like. It helps me to identify which capsule I'm taking if I have five or six different capsules ready to go.The biotin, hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, C and turmeric are bonuses that together with the marine source of the collagen make this a great product.
