Tumeric and boswellia supplement

Good supplement

I got these turmeric capsules to help with some occasional knee stiffness - part long-term jogging, chasing after my kids and walking the dogs daily! I also sit a lot at work, so I wanted something natural to support my joints and mobility.These are high strength, with black pepper for better absorption, and made in the UK, which gives me confidence in the quality. There's no unnecessary fillers, just a clean supplement. They’re easy to swallow and don’t leave any aftertaste.Only downside is the bottle gives month's supply if you take two daily. Still, great value for how well they work.

A bit pricy

This turmeric is a bit more expensive than I would usually pay. You are getting 60 capsules and you are taking two of these each day to get the advertised 1000 mg. So this will only last you a month which seems a bit much for £25. However, there are a few things I do especially like like the fact it is suitable for vegans and they have wanted things like black pepper, which should improve absorption rates. There are cheaper options out there but I like to take this to help support my mobility and especially my knees.
