These turmeric capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any unpleasant aftertaste, which I really appreciate. Excellent supplement. Works well for me. I was taking another Tumeric supplement but wasn't finding it effective so decided to try these. Noticed a difference with pain relief quite rapidly. Great ingredients

With any supplement, it's difficult to know how effective these are. I chose these because the ingredients seem comprehensive. These contain Turmeric Root Powder, Vitamin C, Black Pepper and Boswellia Extract (known for its anti-inflammatory and joint-supporting properties). These capsules are gluten free and suitable for vegans. They're also GMO free. The only reason I wouldn't give these 5 stars is the taste. It's not great, but if you wash them down with water quickly it's not an issue.

Excellent supplement with good blend of ingredients

I personally take this before and after hard training sessions and have had good results. I picked this particular supplement because the ingredients are well selected and proportioned, I also like that it’s made in the UK and lab tested too.The capsules are a standard 500mg size so easy to swallow, initial taste of turmeric from the capsules but no aftertaste.The bottle supplied to me had proper seals and a long shelf life of 16 months.
